Some things don’t have to make sense. Loopy purchased Tucker’s Kozy Korner over twenty years ago when a friend said he wasn’t able to close and assigned the contract over for $5,000. Tucker’s is one of the oldest bars in the city and served the black population on the eastside for over sixty years. Mr. Tucker was legendary in his own right. Is this property a necessary part of our portfolio? Darn right it is, because we’re Loopy.
